Chapter 15.48. RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARKS |
§ 15.48.080. Park size and density.
A.
Park size. The minimum area for a recreation vehicle park is five acres. The maximum area allowed is ten (10) acres.
B.
Park density. The maximum density shall not exceed twelve (12) RV's per acre.
C.
Minimum site size. Each RV site shall contain a minimum of one thousand two hundred (1,200) square feet and shall have a minimum width of twenty-five feet (25).
D.
Site pads. Each site shall contain a vehicle-parking pad of concrete or asphalt paving. Minimum length of the parking pad shall be thirty-five (35) feet. No part of the RV or other unit placed on the lot pad shall be closer than five to the edge of the lot.
E.
Required separation between RV vehicles. RV's shall be separated from each other and from other structures by at least ten (10) feet. Any accessory structure such as attached awnings for the purpose of this separation requirement shall be considered to be part of the RV.
F.
Site identification. Each site for the parking of the RV's shall be identified by numbers, a minimum of four inches in height, posted in a conspicuous place at the front of the site. This shall be done in a logical sequence.
