§ 15.48.090. Roadways and parking.
A.
Interior roads. All interior two-way roads shall be twenty-eight (28) feet minimum width in right-of-way. The pave area on all two-way roads shall be a minimum of twenty-two (22) feet wide, with eleven-foot lanes. All interior one-way roads shall be twenty (20) feet minimum width. The pave area on all one-way roads shall be a minimum of twelve (12) feet in width. All roads shall be paved with asphalt and crowned to facilitate drainage. Roadways shall be designed for the safe and convenient movement of vehicles.
B.
Parking requirements. At least one off-road parking space shall be provided in the park per each recreation vehicle site. Off-street common parking areas for additional vehicles of park occupants and guest shall be provided at a rate of not less than one and one-half spaces per five sites.

No on-street parking will be permitted on roads or drives within the RV park.
2.
Sites and parking spaces shall not front or have access directly to public roads or streets or to private roads.
3.
No part of any RV park shall be used for the parking or storage of any heavy equipment or trucks exceeding one-ton capacity.
4.
No RV shall be parked anywhere but in an RV space, and only one RV shall be located within any RV space.
C.
Vehicular circulation. One-way drive aisles must originate and terminate at two-way drive aisles. Individual sites and parking spaces shall have direct access to the interior park street system.
