  Article VI. LIST OF PERMISSIBLE AND CONDITIONAL USES  

On the following table, a "CU" means the uses will be permitted in that district only if a conditional use permit is granted by the city council. An "X" means that the use is permitted in the zone district subject to the general provisions of the zoning ordinance. For uses not included on this list, where the building inspector is unable to determine placement, application shall be made to the planning commission for interpretation. Symbols may be added or removed from this table only by following Article XIII, Amendments.
