§ 13.16.090. Yard trash, tree and shrubbery trimmings.

Yard trash, tree and shrubbery trimmings separated from other debris shall be neatly stacked adjacent to the public street or alley used for road purposes which is nearest the property from which removed. No tree trunks, branches, limbs, or shrubbery larger than six inches in diameter, longer than six feet in length, or heavier than sixty (60) pounds shall be collected by the city. Yard trash mixed with other debris will not be picked up. Trash other than yard trash must be in a separate stack. If a residence or business establishment places trash for collection which exceeds these limits, the residence or business shall be in violation of this section and shall be assessed an additional fee in the amount based on the actual cost of equipment, labor and tippage fees needed for collection or as otherwise provided herein.
